NYBA’s new Spring Boats Afloat Show will follow the same format as the ever-popular fall show, which will be held September 15-18 this year. The vessel is being provided for use during the show by Lakeside Restaurant and Waterways Cruises. For food and bar service, attendees can step aboard the 90-foot Olympic Star dockside, and grab meals to-go and tasty snacks or lounge for a while and dream about your next boat. Construction will be ongoing but will not disrupt the Spring and Fall Boats Afloat Shows. The five-acre site is currently being developed by Vulcan Real Estate and will showcase lovely new green spaces, walkways, and modern redesigned buildings. That’s right, at Lake Union Piers, previously known as Chandler’s Cove. The new Spring Boats Afloat Show is being held at the same location as the long-held Lake Union Boats Afloat Show. It’s another opportunity for folks to buy, sell, and discover all the possibilities that boating has to offer.
